During the episode, viewers were introduced to Choi Kyung-hwan’s mother-in-law, who arrived from Seosan, South Chungcheong Province, laden with bags. Surprising everyone, Choi Kyung-hwan revealed, “I’m only 10 years older than my mother-in-law,” adding, “She’s like a mother and an older sister to me.”
Choi Kyung-hwan went on to express his playful complaints about the eight meticulously prepared side dishes brought by his mother-in-law, remarking, “Is there no soy sauce crab paste?” and “The braised sauce is salty.” He further showcased his playful side, even taking a nap when his mother-in-law urged him to take a break by calling him “Choi Seobang.”
