The maintenance area is divided into 10 areas. Among them, Heukseok District 1 completed the establishment of a cooperative in March. It was close to Heukseok Station on Subway Line 9 and it was a rare level ground, so it was highly favored by the end users.

Heukseok District 2 is the No. 1 public redevelopment site in which the Seoul Housing and Urban Corporation (SH) participates as an operator. 1216 households will be built in an area of ​​45,229 square metres. It is explained that Heukseok District 2 will hold a general meeting of the association on the 29th and choose a contractor. In Heukseok District 3, the finishing work of ‘Heukseok River Park Xi’ is in full swing. It is planned to move in in February next year. A large complex of 1,772 households will be built on an area of ​​103,497 square metres. At the time of the general sale in May 2020, the average selling price per 3.3 square meters was 28.13 million.

Heukseok District 9 started construction after changing the construction company from Lotte E&C to Hyundai E&C. 1536 households will be built on an area of ​​94,579 square metres. When Hyundai E&C proposed the high-end brand The H, it was decided to name the complex ‘DH Kentronine’.

Heukseok District 11 was approved for management in August. It was a great achievement seven years after the foundation of the association. The plan is to build a total of 1,509 homes on an area of ​​89,317 square metres. It is expected that the first spade will be opened in the second half of next year. Heukseok District 10 is the only district in the 11 Heukseok New Towns where the maintenance area has been released. The construction industry’s assessment is that the height restriction cannot be resolved and business viability is low due to the large number of union members.

It was bought entirely in cash without a bank loan. The current asking price for the same area is around 8.5 billion won. Mark Hills previously gained fame as it was reported to be owned or lived in by actors Jang Dong-gun and Ko So-young, actor Hyun Bin, girl group f(x) Krystal, and boy group Big Bang Daesung.
