2018 Dora 4 Nakagami has not participated in the army for the first time in 4 years
Hiroshima announced on the 4th that it would not be signing contracts with pitcher Itsuki Takahashi, outfielder Takuto Nakagami, and training pitcher Ryuya Toda next season.
Itsuki Takahashi joined the team at 3rd overall in the 2015 draft from Hanamaki Higashi High School. In 2020, he will play in 18 games, and in 2021, he will play in 27 games as a center. He ended this season without pitching in the first Army. Nakagami, who joined the Ichi Gifusho team in the 4th place in the 2018 draft, ended up not participating in the first army.
Toda, who joined the team at 3rd overall in the 2011 draft, scored four wins in 2014 and 2016, but underwent Tommy John surgery on his left elbow in 2020. In the same year, he signed a new contract as a player in training and aimed to return to control, but it did not come true.
