His Excellency appoints Somrudee Thanyasiri as the new secretary of the Administrative Court.

On December 7, the Office of the Administrative Court published a news document saying: with a royal decree Mrs. Somruedee Thanyasiri Administrative Court officials retire Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of the Administrative Court and appointed to the position Secretary of the Office of the Administrative Court From 20 Oct. ’64

For Mrs. Somruedee Thanyasiri, Secretary-General of the Office of the Administrative Courts Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law (Second Class Honors) from Thammasat University, Barrister-at-Law from the Office of Legal Studies of the Thai Bar Association and a Master’s degree (LL.M.) from Southern Methodist University, USA (SOUTHERN METHODIST USA).

1987, Legal Officer, Office of the Council of State
1997 Decree Lawyer Office of the Council of State
1999 Administrative case officer Office of the Administrative Court
2002 Director of the Office of Administrative Litigation Promotion (Administrative case officer 9 TAMC)
2006 Director of the Office of Administrative Case Development (Administrative case officer 9 TAMC)
2009 Director of Civil Service Department, Administrative Court Department (Administration officer of the Administrative Court)
2010 Advisor to the Office of the Administrative Court (Qualified administrative case officer)
2015 Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of the Administrative Courts

This is due to Mr. Atichok Pholdee The former secretary-general of the Office of the Administrative Courts has reached 60 years of age (complete retirement) and must vacate office since October 1, 64. The President of the Supreme Administrative Court has ordered Mrs. Somruedee Thanyasiri to act as secretary-general of the Office of the Administrative Courts accordingly. Section 78 of the Act on Establishment of Administrative Courts and Administrative Court Procedure B.E. bureaucracy and acting in the position of government officials in the Administrative Court Act 1999, Section 78 of the Administrative Court Establishment Act states that Appointment of the Secretary-General of the Office of the Administrative Court The President of the Supreme Administrative Court shall select suitable persons to hold office. with the approval of the NESDB to propose to the Prime Minister and let the Prime Minister bring his respects to the King for further appointment
