The Department of Health announced today (29th) that there were 237 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in Hong Kong, of which 37 were imported cases, and no new cases died.
In terms of cluster cases, 11 cases were recorded at the bar “The Iron Fairies” at Chinachem Hollywood Center in Central, and the patients visited in the early morning of May 21 to 22.
For the “Zentral” group of bars on D’Aguilar Street in Central, 4 new cases were added today, bringing the total to 15 cases, one of which was reported as not entering the bar. The investigation found that the family members of three of them were also diagnosed. Li Liye, Chief Administrative Manager (Integrated Clinical Services) of the Hospital Authority, said that two nurses in the Orthopaedic and Traumatology Ward of Tuen Mun Hospital had tested positive.
