Hong Kong government will give 500,000 free air tickets to promote tourism

The world is slowly trying to return to the normal rhythm after dealing with the Covid situation. The Hong Kong government is desperate to overcome the downturn in the tourism and hospitality industry. The government of that country has taken initiative to re-establish itself on the world tourism map. The country’s government has announced the distribution of about 5 lakh air tickets for free.

On Thursday (February 2), the Hong Kong government announced the program called ‘Hello Hong Kong’. Self-isolation has become a cause of loneliness during Covid. Therefore, the Hong Kong government is hopeful that this trip will help them return to normal rhythm.

This distribution will start from next March. These tickets will be delivered via Cathay Pacific, HK Express, and Hong Kong Airlines. Besides, 80 thousand tickets will be distributed. However, his time and destination are yet to be announced.
