Hungarian cruise ship with Koreans sank, 7 dead

(Hungary = International News) Reporter Hyeonseung Kim = A cruise ship presumed to have Koreans on board capsized on the Danube River in Hungary.

According to Reuters, a cruise ship carrying 33 Korean tourists and two Hungarian crew members collided with the cruise ship and sank on the Danube River in Budapest, Hungary, around 9 pm on the 29th (local time).

Hungarian authorities have rescued 14 people so far, but 7 of them died and 7 were taken to a nearby hospital due to hypothermia.

The search for the remaining missing persons is in progress, but it is said that they are experiencing difficulties due to heavy rain.
