Won 282.1 billion won Deokso 5A district project in Namyangju

Hyundai Engineering announced on the 31st that it was selected as a contractor for the ‘Namyangju Deokso 5A District Urban Environment Renovation Project’ on the 30th and achieved 2 trillion won in orders in the urban redevelopment project this year.

The urban environment improvement project in Deokso 5A district in Namyangju is carried out on a 28,813㎡ site in 458-15 Deoksori, Wabu-eup, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, with 6 buildings with 7 stories below the ground and 48 stories above. It is a project to create 990 apartment houses, 180 officetel rooms, and additional welfare facilities. The construction cost is about 282.1 billion won.

Including this order, Hyundai Engineering has won orders of KRW 2.13.8 trillion in urban renewal projects this year. Last year, the company recorded a total of 1.41 trillion won in orders from the urban renewal project.

This year, Hyundai Engineering will redevelop Uijeongbu Jangam District 5 △ Gwangmyeong Cheolsan Hanshin Apartment Remodeling △ Daejeon Domabyeon-dong District 1 Redevelopment △ Garak Ssangyong 1st Apartment Remodeling △ Suwon Yeongtong Shinan Shinan Ssangyong Promotion Apartment Remodeling △ Ansan Palgok Il-dong District 1 Reconstruction △ Busan Relocated and Beomil It won 9 orders for renovation projects, including the integrated district 2 urban environment redevelopment project, the Changwon member 2 district housing redevelopment and maintenance project, and the Namyangju Deokso 5A district urban environment redevelopment project.

An official from Hyundai Engineering said, “After joining the 1 trillion club in the city maintenance project last year, we achieved a feat of achieving a total of 2 trillion won in orders this year.” Through the business proposal, we will further solidify our position in the urban renewal project.”
