High-ranking government officials from 10 Latin American countries invited to Hyundai Motor Studio Busan

Hyundai Motor Group announced on the 6th that it had invited high-ranking officials from major Latin American countries to Hyundai Motor Studio’s brand experience center ‘Hyundai Motorstudio Busan’ and requested support for the bid for the 2030 World Expo (Expo) in Busan.

The event was attended by 23 people, including high-ranking officials from 10 Latin American countries, including Arnoldo Andre, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Costa Rica, Henrique Reina of Honduras, and José Angel Lopez, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs of Guatemala.

They have been visiting Busan since the 5th to attend the ‘2022 Korea-Latin America Future Cooperation Forum’ co-hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the city of Busan.

Hyundai Motor Group delivered a message related to technological innovation for the future and humanity that the 2030 Busan Expo is aiming for.

In particular, based on the fact that Hyundai Motor Studio Busan was built on the site of a steel factory in the past, the story of transforming an aging steel factory into a complex cultural space where people, culture and art harmonize was explained as an example of cultural creativity in Korea and Busan.

In addition, Hyundai Motor Group emphasized the dynamism and future direction of Busan and Korea, which is taking off as a global hub city, and actively preached Busan’s competitive advantage points and vision, and asked for support from each country, the Hyundai Motor Group reported.
