I-EA-T presents “ISB” award which reflects factory standards to attract investors
Mr revealed Weris Amrapal, Governor of the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) that the project is to develop social achievement criteria for the sustainable development of the IEAT. (I-EA-T Sustainable Business: ISB) brings internationally accepted standards to development suitable for Thai industrial operators. to improve capacity Prepare for business development Create shared values for society and the environment in 2 dimensions: 1. Develop business processes by demonstrating social and environmental responsibility. together with new business standards in 5 areas, namely good governance, employees, communities, environments, customers and consumers; together with the standard group which tries to reflect the results from the perspectives of stakeholders in 3 areas: economy, society and the environment. which has been accepted all over the world
“The implementation of the project emphasizes 3 main strategies: 1. Operations that are suitable for the industry and in accordance with international standards. 2. Increase the ability to assess and develop the achievements of personnel in the industrial sector. and 3. Reveal impact reports and promote certification of sustainable business networks in the Thai industrial sector Build partnerships and learn about sustainable business case studies. which is the first year this year I-EA-T has started with 8 operators from 6 industrial estates who won the award,” said Mr Wirit.
Mrs Panadda Rungruangsri, Deputy Governor of I-EA-T, said that the ISB project started since June this past. Piloting in 15 industrial estates and operators in 9 industrial estates by allocating ISB Trainer from experts in various fields. to join entrepreneurs to raise the business impact analysis dimension and the social impact measurement dimension continues to this day and the first ISB LIST certification process was established. Create a sustainable business network to exchange good business practices as well as lead to the building of alliances to expand economic, social and environmental benefits in an efficient and cost-effective manner

3) ISB STRATEGY Award: Kruger Ventilation Industries Asia Company Limited in Sinsakhon Industrial Estate, Samut Sakhon Province
4) ISB STARTUP Awards: Public Company TKS Technology Limited in Sinsakorn Industrial Estate, Samut Sakhon Province and Siam Gypsum Industry Company (Songkhla) Limited in Southern Industrial Estate, Songkhla Province
and 5) DNA ISB special awards, namely PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited and SCG Chemicals Public Company Limited at Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Rayong Province.
The ISB project is a project initiated by the IEAT to show the industrial sector in Thailand to reflect its achievements in accordance with the 17 SDG: Sustainable Development Goals, which respond to economic growth together with the creation of social and ecological strength Balanced. With the idea of continuing to promote industrial factory standards to be responsible to society and the community Strengthening the global supply chain and attracting investors to the industry that can reflect performance indicators that support the Sustainable Development Goals .
