The actor, who later joined Bigg Boss, has gained a lot of fans. Last day was Arya’s 31st birthday. Arya has written a post sharing all the pictures of the celebration. The actor starts writing with the introduction that it is a long note. Arya writes about the mistake she made for her past, thirtieth birthday.

‘On the same day last year I went through one of the worst times of my life. The journey was one of indescribable depression. I never thought depression would catch up with me like this. That day was like being locked in an apartment in the UAE. Only a bottle of wine and some food helped to push the day off. My condition was very bad. It often felt like something was going to get tough. But somehow I survived. Thank you for coming back to me in the evening realizing the mistake.
This was my last birthday. My thirtieth birthday. But in hindsight, if my choice had been right, it would have been quite the opposite. I could have celebrated a happy birthday with my beautiful daughter, family and friends, but I was a fool to travel to the UAE and celebrate my birthday with someone who didn’t like me.
That election was wrong. Don’t blame anyone for that. Look at me today. I am 31 years old today. I have a beautiful smile on my face and my heart is full of love and peace. Toxic relationships are good at some point. That way you can identify who the real people are and who you truly love.
It is up to you to decide whether to rejoice or to destroy your peace of mind. The choice is yours. Always remember whether to rejoice or lose heart. Remind them to choose wisely every day.
