IBK Industrial Bank (President Kim Seong-tae) has announced its plans to openly recruit 180 new bankers in the second half of 2023, marking an increase of 20 positions compared to the same period last year.
Recruitment Areas and Application Dates
The recruitment areas for this hiring process will remain the same as the first half of the year, encompassing general finance, digital, finance expertise, and global areas. Applications will be accepted from the 5th to the 19th of the month.
Thorough Selection Process
The selection process will consist of document screening, a written test, a practical test, and an interview. The final successful candidates will be announced in December. Notably, the practical test will be conducted as a two-day, one-night camp interview. This comprehensive evaluation method will assess the applicants’ job competence, teamwork, and communication skills through various activities such as discussions, interviews, presentations, and role play.
Continued Support for Veterans and High School Graduates
IBK Industrial Bank aims to fulfill its social responsibility as a state-run bank by continuing the extra points system for hiring veterans and high school graduates. This demonstrates the bank’s commitment to providing opportunities for these individuals.
Large-Scale Recruitment of Youth Interns
