Thodupuzha ∙ Idukki dam will be opened tomorrow. The district administration has issued a vigilance order to the neighbors of the dam. A red alert will be issued at the dam at 6 pm today. The water level in the Upper Rule Curve is expected to reach 2396.86 feet by 7 a.m. Tuesday.
Minister Roshi Augustine said that the Idukki Dam (small boat) will be opened at 11 am on Tuesday. The Idukki District Collector said that the public and the authorities should be vigilant as the dam is opening.
