2. Persons traveling from the southern border provinces (Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat provinces) to Songkhla Qualifications and conditions are required.as follows

2.1 Must be a person with a certificate of vaccination. (Certicate Of Vaccination) or certified documents in the Doctor Ready application Type Sinovac (Sinovac), Sinofarm (Sinopharm), Pfizer (Pfizer), Moderna (Moderna), Sputnik V (Sputnik V) complete 2 needles or cross formula, complete 2 needles or Johnson & Johnson (Johnson & Johnson), AstraZineca (AstraZeneca) 1 dose for at least 14 days, or

2.2 There is a medical certificate confirming that the traveler is not infected with COVID-19 (Medical certificate with a laboratory result Indicating that COVID – 19 is not detected) by Antigen test kit or RT-PCR method not later than 72 hours prior to travel; or

2.3 There is a document certifying that the person has been infected for not more than 90 days. or

2.4 There is a document certifying that the 14-day quarantine has been completed. but must travel within 72 hours from the date of release from quarantine; or

2.5 Be a child under 12 years old traveling with parents or

2.6 are traveling in a medical emergency vehicle emergency patient, lifeguard, rescue or

2.7 are those who travel for examination or medical treatment with an appointment or proof of treatment However, they must travel back soon after completing the mission.

3. Let the checkpoint have a duty screening of persons traveling from the southern border provinces (Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat Provinces) as follows

3.4 Record the traveler’s information and report it to the province.

Always hygienic mask, H – Hand Washing, wash your hands often, T-Temperature check, T-Testing to detect COVID-19, A -Application Install to scan the Thai Chana application, Doctor Chana

4. Encourage relevant officers at all levels to perform their duties with accuracy and transparency. The aim is to prevent the spread of disease is important.

5.
