Kolkata: Kerala Club drew with Gokulam FC in the second match of the IFA Shield Trophy. In Group C, Gokul was held to a draw by BSS Sporting. Both teams scored one goal each.
BSS took the lead in the 42nd minute through an error by Gokul. Gokul managed to find the equalizer before the end of the first half. Gokul’s Ghana striker Raheem Ozumanu scored the goal.
In the first match of the group, Gokulam had a big win against Kidderpur. The victory was by seven unanswered goals. Kidderpur and BSS Sporting will now play the remaining matches in the group.
