1. The first step is download the IMSS Digital applicationavailable for iOS and Android.
2. Register in the application with your CURP, NSS and email
3. Once registered, with your user account, follow the steps to register at the clinic of your choice in the option “Highlight the change of clinic”
4. fill in the fields (CURP and email)
5. Click on “Assign Clinic”
6. Provide your postal code and verify it. Automatically the system will place the neighborhood, municipality or mayor’s office and state
7. Complete the data of street and number, and go to “Continue”
8. Select the clinic and turn
9. Check the data and click accept
10. you will get an emailconfirming your discharge from the clinic
