The rate of change in the price of land in September this year was 0.20%, and the increase was 0.08% lower than the previous month (0.28%) and 0.16% lower than the same period last year (0.36%).

(per region, %) The rate of change in the price of land in the third quarter of ’22 decreased slightly compared to the second quarter of ’22 in the metropolitan area (1.10% → 0.89%) and rural areas (0.78% → 0.60%).

(City/province) Sejong (1.23% → 0.94%), Seoul (1.20% → 0.93%), and Gyeonggi (1.03% → 0.87%) showed higher levels than the national average (0.78%).
