Many provincial hospitals start to open ‘Vaccinating Pfizer’ for people at risk groups aged 12-18 years and with chronic diseases whose house registration is in that district
In the event that the Ministry of Health has allocated and distributed the Pfizer vaccine on August 4-6 to large hospitals. The first group is Medical personnel working on missions to care for COVID-19 patients across the country (3 needles to stimulate immunity) in the amount of 700,000 doses.
More recently, many hospitals have launched a Pfizer vaccination service to the public. It is allocated to people with high risk, aged 12-18 years and over and with chronic disease. Including pregnant women aged 12 weeks and older people 60 years and over, details of each hospital are as follows:
1. Somdej Phra Boromratchathewi Na Sriracha Hospital
Somdet Na Sriracha Hospital Vaccination Pfizer (Pfizer) For risk groups who have never been vaccinated and is a patient of Somdej Phra Boromratchathewi Na Sriracha Hospital or house registration in Sriracha Sub-district
Vaccination can only be received on August 13, 2021. Service is available on the 3rd floor, Pacific Park Sriracha Shopping Center.
11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Age 12-18 years old and with chronic disease
12.00-13.00 Pregnant women from 12 weeks and up
13.00-14.00 aged 18 years and over with chronic disease
2 p.m. – 3 p.m. Age 60 and over
Chronic disease, including respiratory disease Cardiovascular disease, kidney failure, cancer and immunodeficiency states, diabetes and obesity.
12-13 years old, weight from 70 kg
Age 13-15 years, weight from 80 kg
15-18 years old, weight from 90 kg

2. Khlong Khuean Hospital
Khlong Khuean Hospital provides services.Vaccination against COVID-19 (Pfizer 1st dose) For chronic disease patients aged 12-18 years with house registration in Khlong Khuean District
On August 18, 2021, limited to 252 people. Queue cards will be distributed at 7:00 a.m. Registration time 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Please bring your ID card and medical certificate or medicine labeled with the patient’s name to confirm your eligibility.

- There should be a legal guardian to sign consent to receive vaccination.
- The injection has not yet been opened to those who have a house registration outside Khlong Khuean District.
3. Ban Bueng Hospital

– Chronic disease in children aged 12-18 years (with evidence)
Obesity (Body Mass Index greater than 35 kg/m2) / Children 12-13 years old weighing 70 kg or more / Children 13-15 years weighing 80 kg or more / Children 15-18 years old who weighing more than 90 kg
or children with obstructive airway conditions / chronic respiratory disease or asthma /Cardiovascular disease cerebrovascular disease /Chronic renal disease /Cancer and low immunity /Diabetes /Genetic syndrome including Down syndrome and severe neurological impairment
Target group 2
– pregnant women (over 12 weeks gestation)
House registration or residing in Ban Bueng District ** only for the group announced. (Children under the announcement and pregnant women according to the specified criteria) Ban Bueng District only. Other districts / other provinces must contact your area only.
4. Bang Nam Priao Hospital
