According to him, the shells hit “on the territory of a civilian industrial plant.” The governor did not at first specify the name of the plant and the consequences of the strike. In the video recorded in the morning, Gladkov again did not specify the name of the enterprise, but admitted that there was a fire on the territory of Borisovska.
