The authorities of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation have introduced an indefinite “yellow” level of terrorist danger after another attack on an oil depot near the Borisov plant of bridge metal structures, said the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

According to him, the shells hit “on the territory of a civilian industrial plant.” The governor did not at first specify the name of the plant and the consequences of the strike. In the video recorded in the morning, Gladkov again did not specify the name of the enterprise, but admitted that there was a fire on the territory of Borisovska. According to the governor, “the fire is localized, now it is being liquidated.” According to him, “no one was hurt,” reports the BBC.

Videos of a fairly large fire appeared on local Telegram channels. According to their information, a fire could have started at an oil depot near the Borisov Plant of Bridge Metal Structures.
