IndiGo with daily Thiruvananthapuram-Kolkata service; It can be reached in four and a half hours

Thiruvananthapuram: Indigo Airlines has started a new daily one-stop flight service from Thiruvananthapuram to Kolkata. It will leave the domestic terminal at Thiruvananthapuram at 1.40 pm and reach Kolkata at 6 pm via Chennai. The return flight will depart Kolkata at 8:15 AM and reach Thiruvananthapuram at 1:05 PM.

Earlier, passengers had to rely on two flights to travel on the Thiruvananthapuram-Kolkata sector. With the launch of the new service, the journey time will be reduced from 7.30 hours to around 4.30 hours.

This service will be useful for tourists and regular travelers traveling to and from the North East regions of India to the southern tip. IndiGo is also considering a non-stop service from Thiruvananthapuram to Kolkata.
