The Cinebench performance of the Core i9-12900K, the flagship model of the Intel 12th generation Core CPU Elder Lake series, has been released.
The previously leaked information is an estimate based on the operating clock, but this performance information enhances credibility by overlapping with the current situation known to be sold in the Chinese black market. According to new information, the Cinebench R20 performance of the Core i9-12900K is single-threaded 810 and multi-threaded 11600 with a water cooler without overclocking.
To summarize the results of Cinebench R20 tested earlier, compared to the Ryzen 9 5950X, which scored 640 points in single-thread and about 10,400 points in multi-thread, performance is about 26% and 11% higher, respectively. However, since specific test environments such as memory clocks and OS versions have not yet been shared, it is judged that additional leaked information and cross-verification will be necessary for actual performance comparison.
