iOS 15.4 Beta Lets Users Unlock Face ID While Wearing a Mask

Apple today released iOS 15.4, macOS Monterey 12.3, and iPadOS 15.4 developer beta versions for developers to test. We summarize important updates. Let’s give it here.

iOS 15.4

– FaceID can be used while wearing a mask.
.
– New emojis such as heart-shaped hand, biting lip, pregnant woman, pregnant man and more.
.
– Can copy text from objects using the camera while using Notes and Reminders app.

macOS Monterey 12.3 and iPadOS 15.4 now support Universal Controls.

Getting Started with Universal Controls

1. When connecting your Mac and iPad, by sliding the pointer to the edge of the screen, you will see an icon of the device you will use to connect.

2. For desktop Macs where you want to use Universal Controls all the time, such as if you want to connect your iMac and MacBook, you can set it up in Displays System Preferences. or in sleep mode, you need to reconnect.

3. If you want to position the device after connection You can set it in Display Preferences the same way you set up an external monitor connection, which will allow the pointer to move smoothly between screens without jumping up or down. It’s also useful in some situations, for example you place Quick Note in the bottom right corner. And don’t want this area to be used by Universal Control.
