IPL 2022: Chennai Super Kings’ Super All Rounder Quarantine Completed

Mumbai: Chennai Super Kings England all-rounder Moin Ali has completed his quarantine. With this, Moin Ali will play in the second match. Moin Ali arrived in Mumbai before the first match due to visa delay but was unable to play in the first match against Kolkata due to a three-day mandatory quarantine.

Under new captain Ravindra Jadeja, Chennai lost by six wickets. When Moin Ali joins the team, Mitchell Santner, who played in the last match, will also lose his place. Moin Ali, the England all-rounder, was retained by Chennai for Rs 7 crore before the star auction for the 15th season of the IPL.

Moin Ali, who joined the team, was welcomed by players including former captain MS Dhoni. Meanwhile, South African all-rounder Dwayne Pretorius also completed the quarantine, a relief for Chennai. Reigning champions Chennai will take on KL Rahul-led Lucknow Super Giants on Thursday.
