IRPC Board appoints ‘Krit Imsang’ as Chief Executive Officer

IRPC announced the appointment of Mr. Krit Imsang as the 7th CEO and President, effective October 1, 65.

On 26 September, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of IRPC Public Company Limited or IRPC decided to appoint Mr. Krit Imsang is a job. “CEO and President” and appointed in “director” a “Board Secretary” which will be effective from October 1, 2022 onwards to replace Mr Chavalit Tippawanich, CEO and President who has notified that they are resigning due to retirement

At the moment, Mr. Krit is 57 years old, holds the position of Chief Operating Officer, Downstream Petroleum Business Group, PTT Public Company Limited and sets directions for important business groups of PTT and companies in the PTT Group as follows

  • Chairman of the Board / Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee / Member of the Corporate Governance Committee, IRPC Public Company Limited
  • Chairman, PTT Tank Terminal Company Limited
  • Chairman, Sarnpalung Social Enterprise Company Limited
  • Director/Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited
  • Executive Vice President Strategic Management Downstream Petroleum Business Group, PTT Public Company Limited
  • Executive Vice President Corporate Governance and Corporate Affairs PTT Public Company Limited
  • Executive Vice President of Corporate Governance and Sustainability PTT Public Company Limited
  • Executive Vice President Human Resources and Organizational Potential PTT Public Company Limited
  • Executive Director of Kamnoetwit School (KVIS)

In terms of educational background, Mr Krit holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering. (Civil Engineering), Chulalongkorn University Mr. Krit, IRPC’s 7th CEO, will drive the organization by increasing its ability to seek business opportunities.
