Lenovo’s subsidiary Motorola’s third-generation Razer foldable smartphone is expected to be equipped with a 2800mAh battery, foreign media reported, citing Chinese Tipster Digital Chat Station.
Motorola installed mid-range specifications in its 1st and 2nd generation foldable phones, but the 3rd generation foldable phone is expected to be equipped with flagship specifications such as Snapdragon 8+ 1st generation processor and 12GB RAM.
However, the battery capacity is not expected to change. The first and second-generation Razer foldable phones released by Motorola in 2019 and 2020 are equipped with a 2800mAh battery. Tipster claims that the third-generation model will also have the same battery.
According to the latest report, Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 4 is likely to have a 3700mAh battery. If the rumors are true, the third-generation Razer foldable phone is expected to be outdone in the battery life race compared to the Galaxy Z Flip 4.
Meanwhile, Motorola’s third-generation Razer foldable phone is expected to be announced in China in late July or August at the earliest. The estimated price is 1,149 euros (about 1.54 million won), 200 euros cheaper than the previous model.
