ISL 2021: Great fight today; Reigning champions Mumbai City against ATK Mohan Bagan

Fatorda: The Indian Super League (ISL 2021) is a big fight today. Reigning champions Mumbai City FC will face last year’s finalists ATK Mohun Bagan. The match will start at 7.30 pm in Goa. ATK Bagan, who won the first two matches, will be looking to make amends for last year’s final defeat.

ATK Bagan defeated Kerala Blasters and East Bengal. Mumbai beat Goa by three wickets but lost to Odisha by three goals to one. The two teams have met in fourteen previous matches. Mumbai and ATK Bagan have won five each. Four games ended in a draw.

In yesterday’s thriller, Odisha beat East Bengal by six goals to four. Odisha led 3-1 in the first half. East Bengal beat Odisha 4-1 in the second half through Aridai Carbera.

Daniel Chima scored another goal in the 90th minute to give Odisha a 5-1 lead through Isaac Vanlar Tofia two minutes later, and Chima scored the second goal from the penalty spot in injury time to make it 5-4.

However, in the last minute of injury time, Cabrera scored another goal to put the East Bengal net 6-4 in Odisha’s pocket.
