It doesn’t matter to us whether it is a 5-member bench of the Supreme Court or a full court: Imran Khan

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chairman Imran Khan says that whether the Supreme Court is a 5-member bench or a full court, it does not matter to us.

Reacting to the breakdown of the bench hearing the petition against the postponement of the election date in the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assemblies, Imran Khan wrote on social media that whether it is a 5-member bench of the Supreme Court or a full court, it does not matter to us because we Just want to know whether the elections are taking place within the period (90 days) provided in the constitution or not!

Imran Khan further said that before dissolving our 2 assemblies, I consulted with my top constitutional experts and they all agreed that it is not possible to bypass the relevant constitutional provision regarding holding elections within 90 days.

He wrote that the imported government of criminals, its patrons and a very controversial Election Commission have now come down to openly mocking the constitution, declaring various provisions of the constitution enforceable while others are unenforceable, this group is actually Pakistan. is attacking the basis of which is based on the rule of law and constitution.

Chairman PTI said that they are so scared of the elections and so anxious to save their convicted criminal leaders that they are ready to erase even the last vestige of the rule of law.
