The West Bank: A joint investigation report has been released in the case of a journalist who was shot dead by the Israeli army during a military operation in the city of Jenin in the West Bank in northern England. It is said in the report that the murder of the journalist was planned. The report was prepared by a London-based research firm and the Palestinian Human Rights Foundation.
Aljazeera journalist Shireen Abu Aklay was killed on May 11. Shireen was a Palestinian writer. The Palestinian Ministry of Health said at the time that the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head.
