On the 28th, Rep. Jang Je-won, the father of rapper Noel (Jang Yong-jun), who was recently controversial for driving without a license and assaulting a police officer, said, “I’m sorry and sorry, but I can’t get the candidate’s permission in the end and I am resigning as the camp general manager.” .

Former Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol, former Prosecutor General of the Camp, explained the reason for his resignation on Facebook, saying, “I decided that it would be more helpful for[Yoon Seok-yeol]to resign.”

Rep. Jang said, “It was difficult to hold on for even a minute.” “There is no shame in the people, and there is no way to control the feeling of apologizing to Candidate Yoon.” He added, “My wife, who spends the day in tears, my mother who can’t even eat properly, and the family has become a mess.”

In the early days of the controversy, regarding former president Yoon’s disapproval of Rep. Jang’s resignation as the head of the situation, Rep. Jang said, “I spent a sleepless night in my position where I couldn’t even decide where to go without getting the candidate’s permission.” I would like to express my deep gratitude to Candidate Yoon who sent me this.” He also said, “I will support candidate Yoon’s election as president while serving as a white soldier. He said, “I am an ugly son who has sinned, but I will faithfully fulfill the role of a father that I have not been able to do before.”

“Once again, I bow my head and apologize to the people and the local residents who raised me,” he said.

Earlier, in the political circles, there were voices asking Rep. Jang to take responsibility for this controversy.

The day before (27th), Bae Hyun-jin, the highest member of the People’s Power, said, “Recently, our party’s children have repeatedly decorated the (newspaper) social page. We need an attitude of self-respect,” he said, targeting Rep. Jang.

A petition titled ‘I want Jang Yong-jin’s father to be stripped of his position as a member of the National Assembly’ was posted on the Blue House’s public petition bulletin board, and more than 120,000 signatures were obtained in four days.

Meanwhile, on the 18th, Jang Yong-jun was charged with assaulting a police officer who asked for a breathalyzer while driving without a license.

Last year, he was charged with drunk driving and ‘switching drivers’ and was sentenced to probation in the first trial. In February of this year, he was sent to the prosecution on charges of assaulting a passerby on a roadside in Jin-gu, Busan, but in April of the same year, he received a disposition of non-prosecution (no right to prosecute).
