Broadcaster Jang Seong-gyu explained the Ilbe allegations.
On the 15th, Jang Seong-gyu posted a picture of him covering his ears with the caption, “On weekends, close your ears, close your mouth and #comma” on his social networking service (SNS).
In response, some have raised suspicions about Jang Sung-gyu’s far-right community Daily Best (Ilbe). It was said that he uploaded the photo because of the MBC ‘Straight’ broadcast. In the broadcast, a transcript delivered to MBC by Lee Myung-soo, the Voice of Seoul, after talking with Kim Geon-hee, wife of the presidential candidate Yoon Seok-yeol, for about 7 hours was broadcast.
Kim said, “I don’t like going to nightclubs,” said Kim. Regarding the rumors of a married man living together with a prosecutor, he said, “What am I regretting about living together? It’s also with a married man who has a wife.”
Some netizens posted malicious comments, speculating that Jang Seong-gyu expressed his unwillingness to listen to the content.
Jang Seong-gyu directly commented on this. He said, “My close cinematographer gave me a great shot, so I took a break on the weekend and expressed my feelings through Cyworld.”
