Jeonbuk Hyundai Hong Jeong-ho has been selected as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) for the 37th round of Hana One Q K League 1, the Korea Professional Football Federation announced on the 30th.
Hong Jeong-ho contributed to Jeonbuk’s 2-0 victory by scoring the winning goal in the match against Daegu FC held at DGB Daegu Bank Park on the 28th.
In the second minute of the second half, Hong Jung-ho shook Daegu’s goal by connecting a corner kick from Kunimoto with a right-footed turning shot. In addition to scoring on the day, Hong Jeong-ho showed a solid defense that blocked Daegu’s attack throughout the 90 minutes and performed a full-fledged performance.
Jeonbuk won 2-0 with consecutive goals from Hong Jeong-ho and Moon Seon-min, and was selected as the best team in the 37th round. Jeonbuk (73 points) maintained their lead position with the victory, maintaining a point gap with second-placed Ulsan (71 points).
