Jin Joong-kwon, Park Won-soon’s accusation, “Did you think I was going to be scared, I picked the wrong person”

Jin Joong-kwon, a former professor at Dongyang University, responded to the family of the late former Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon, who decided to sue him for defamation of a lion on the 9th, saying, “Did you think I was going to be scared?” and “I chose the wrong person.”

Professor Jin shared an article containing the position of Park Won-soon’s bereaved family on Facebook that day that he had filed a complaint against him, saying, “Gang (just) do it with the highest intensity from the start. “Mrs. Kang Nan-hee,” he replied. The ‘highest robbery’ mentioned by Professor Jin seems to be a response to what lawyer Jeong Cheol-seung, a legal representative for Park’s bereaved family, said, “The more you write a complaint against Professor Jin, the stronger the robbery.”

“The lawyer is really cute,” he said. If you’re a debater, you get sued once every two months.” He said, “I picked the wrong person. Now that I have sued you, don’t be annoyed and shut up.”

Earlier this morning, lawyer Jeong Cheol-seung, a legal representative for the family of Park’s bereaved family, said, “The more I write the complaint against Mr. Jin Jung-kwon, the stronger the robbery… But I have no choice but to double or triple the defamation of the mayor against Park Won-soon. I am accepting it today.”

Lawyer Jung said that he intends to file a accusation, saying, “Mr. Jin Jung-kwon made a Facebook post to the effect that the late Mayor Park Won-soon was sexually harassed.” He argues that the sexual assault allegation against Park was false, saying that the case was closed with the investigation agency’s disposition of ‘no right to prosecute’ due to the death of the accused. In addition, the National Human Rights Commission explains that it is only an investigation into Mayor Park’s violation of equal rights and discriminatory acts (sexual harassment).

He pointed out, “Therefore, the allegation that the late Mayor Park Won-soon sexually assaulted him is a criminal act that defames the lion by pointing out false facts.”

In response, former professor Jin said, “I’m not interested in doing it or not.” “Is this what Mrs. Kang Nan-hee means? Everything is good, but change the lawyer.”
