Jinyoung Ko, tied for 2nd place in LPGA Tour Palos Buddy’s Championship 2R

Jinyoung Ko, the world’s No. 1 player in women’s golf, tied for second in the second round of the Palos Buddy’s Championship, a new tournament on the LPGA Tour.

Jinyoung Ko hit a 1-over par with one birdie and one double bogey in the second game of the tournament held at Palos Buddy’s Golf Club, California, USA.

Jin-young Ko, who recorded a mid-total 6-under par, was tied for second place, three shots behind solo leader Hannah Green (Australia. 9-under total).

On the first day, Jin-young Ko, who took the lead and placed second by one stroke by driving a 7-under par, recorded an over-par score in the second round due to poor shot and putt accuracy, and was tied for second place by three strokes.

Park In-bee, who was tied for 52nd at even par on the first day, reduced 4 strokes and raised the ranking to a total of 4 under par, tied for 9th, followed by Choi Hye-jin, who tied for 18th at 2-under.

In the first round, Lee Min-ji, an Australian Korean who was the sole lead, lost two strokes and was tied for second place with Jin-young Ko.
