People’s Power Representative Lee Jun-seok said on the 29th that there would be no unification of the opposition candidate Ahn Cheol-soo, saying, “This week before the Lunar New Year holiday, there was no unification.”

On the same day, CEO Lee appeared on MBC radio’s ‘Politicians’ and said, “The unification of history usually happens about 44 days before the Maginot Line.”

CEO Lee said, “Most parties sign a contract for online advertisements this week. It varies depending on the size, but it can go up to 6 billion won.” He said, “The party that signed the contract now has the will to complete it, and the party that did not sign a contract has the possibility of completing it. It’s a low-key view,” he explained.

He continued, “The official election campaign period is about 21 days, and you have to sign a contract 20 days in advance so that you can meet the deadline for sending out car washes and promotional materials necessary for the election. It was the Maginot Line before the Lunar New Year holiday,” he emphasized.

He also predicted, “It will be a united state, and even if the candidate disappears or does not receive 15% of the vote, it is a waste of money,” he said.

Representative Lee said that it is understood that candidate Ahn Cheol-soo spent 48 billion won on election expenses in the 2017 presidential election. Regarding this, he said, “If you are confident that you can receive more than 15% of the votes and receive (election expenses), it is an option, but when you do not have that, it is a huge burden.” It is quite an adventure,” he pointed out.
