Jupiter, the planet with the most moons |

Jupiter is bigger than all the other planets in the solar system combined. Its radius is 11.2 times that of Earth, and its volume is over 1300 times. It also weighs 318 times that of Earth, more than twice as much as the other planets in the solar system combined.
This Jupiter also has the title of the planet with the most satellites (moon). As the number of official satellites orbiting Jupiter, as Earth’s moon, was added to the pile, the total increased to 92, surpassing Saturn, known as the planet with the most satellites, with 83 .
The International Astronomical Union’s Minor Planet Center (MPC) said it has added to the list of 12 Jupiter moons recently revealed by observations. All these satellites are located on the outskirts of the Moon, with orbital periods greater than 340 days.
However, MPC predicted that Jupiter’s satellites increased by 15%, giving it the status of the planet with the most satellites, but Saturn would regain the top spot if it could find all the satellites from around 3 km.
