Kansas City police are investigating the death of a man shot inside his vehicle which was parked in the 200 block of Lydia Avenue.

Officers were called to the area at 5:15 p.m. Sunday in response to shooting. The arrival officers found the victim, who is not recognized as a man in his 30s, inside the vehicle. No other data was released.

The police did not release the victim's name. No suspected information was available.
