Monson had lodged a complaint with the police alleging that the Srivastava group had rented his luxury car and that he owed Rs 7 crore on the item. Based on this, the Crime Branch seized the vehicles from Srivastava’s Aroor yard and took them to the Cherthala police station. The C branch has reported to the district police chief that the complaint is not valid in the case being investigated by the crime branch.

It is noteworthy that despite being a plaintiff, the court proceedings have not yet been completed and the Monson vehicles have not been recovered.
