Kate Spade to open a second store in a central area Pa

Kate Spade is coming to Lancaster County.

The designer shop, which sells clothes and accessories, will open during the summer at the area's Tanger Outlets, according to LancasterOnline.

The shop will open 4,000 square feet in the space occupied by the Kitchen Collection, which will move to a smaller space near the Asics shop.

This is the eighth store Kate Spade who opens in Pennsylvania. Kate Spades already exists at the King of Prussia King, the Suburban Square in Ardmore, Crossings Premium Outlets in Tannersville, Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh, Tants Premium Outlets. Kate Spade was opened at the Tanger outlets Hershey opened in Derry in December 2017.

Kate Spade's brand is known for her handbags, which are colorful and come in a variety of shapes and sizes. They do retail in the $ 100 ranges to $ 600, making them more affordable than other designer bags.

Tanger Outlets Lancaster is located at 311 Stanley K. Tanger Drive in Lancaster. It is open 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday, and 10 a.m-7 pm. Sunday. You can learn more about the shops at tangeroutlet.com/lancaster.

Tanker Outlets Lancaster is not the only retail hub offering new businesses in the coming months. Capital City Mall is taking Outback Steakhouse, Primanti Bros and Mavis Discount Tire.
