The Kerala Blazers still have to wait for their first win of the eighth season of the Indian Super League. The Blazers’ second game against North East United ended in a goalless draw. With that, the Blazers got one point from two games. In the first match, the Blazers lost to the mighty ATK Mohan Bagan.
The setback for the Blazers was the wasting of opportunities. At the end of the first half and the beginning of the second half, the Blazers squandered their golden opportunities. The Blasters will take on Bangalore FC in the next match on Sunday.
Both teams failed to create significant chances in the first half. But in the 36th minute, Blasters player George Diaz missed the golden opportunity. Northeast player Lakra’s error was deflected into the box by Adrian Luna Jorge Diaz. But with only the goalie in front, Dias hit the ball out.

In the last minute, North East goalie Subhashish Roy denied the Blazers a goal with a superb save. Nishukumar chipped the ball into the box, which was headed by Vasquez but Subhashish Roy conceded a corner to avoid the danger.
North East United lost to Bengaluru FC in the first match and now have one point in two matches. In the next match, North East United will take on Chennai FC on Monday.
