Co-operation and Registration Minister VN Vasavan said that the bodies of all the missing persons were found in the Plappally and Kavali areas of Kootikal panchayath.
The bodies of 13 people were found in Kanjirapally taluk. Ilamkadu Ottalangal Claramma (65), Martin (48), Cini Martin (45), Sneha Martin (14), Sona Martin (12), Sandra Martin (10), Enthayar Ilamthuruthyil Sisley (50), Ilamkadu Mundakassery Roshni Venu (48) The bodies of Sonia Joby (45), Alan Joby (14), Ilamkadu Olikkal Charlotte (29), Ilamkadu Pantalat Sarasamma Mohan (58) and Koovappally Srampikal Rajamma (64) were found in Ilamkadu river. The body was taken to Kanjirapally General Hospital, Kottayam Medical College Hospital and Kottayam General Hospital for postmortem. Rs 10,000 has been allotted for their funeral.
