2 weeks invitation… Visit to domestic nuclear power plants and related organizations

Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP) announced on the 24th that it will promote the excellence of our nuclear power plant technology by inviting Czech and Polish journalists to Korea for two weeks from the 20th of this month to the 1st of the next month.

This event is held in cooperation with the Korea Nuclear Power Export Industry Association (KNA), with Czech journalists participating in the first week and Polish journalists in the second week.

The visiting group will visit KHNP headquarters, Saeul Nuclear Power Headquarters, KEPCO Nuclear Fuel, Doosan Energy, Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute, Korea Atomic Energy Environment Corporation, and Korea Electric Power International Atomic Energy University.

In addition, Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Lee Chang-yang will meet in person on the same day to answer questions about the government-level nuclear power plant export support system.

The Czech Republic and Poland are countries where KHNP is working hard to win new nuclear power plant orders, and Minister of Industry Chang-yang Lee will also go on a business trip to the Czech Republic and Poland from the 27th to the 1st of next month for ‘nuclear sales’.

“I am delighted to be able to promote the ability to win orders for overseas nuclear power plants to opinion leaders of export destinations,” said KHNP President Jeong Jae-hoon.
