On the 15th, Kian 84 posted on his YouTube channel ‘Life 84’, ‘For the first time! Gian84 VLOG posted a video titled ‘A man who lives hard after being born’, revealing the price and interior of the new house he moved into.
Gian84 said, “The new house I moved to is 350 million won and 700,000 won a month. It’s a new house, so the scenery is nice and clean.” He also shared the view from the window.
He continued, “When I was young, I thought Jeonse was the best, but after living out for about 20 years, I think it wouldn’t be bad to just buy a house with a loan.”
Previously, Kian84 became a hot topic when it purchased a building located in Songpa-gu, Seoul for 4.6 billion won in 2019.
Through his webtoon ‘King of Return’, which is being serialized on Naver, he criticized the soaring real estate price by telling the story of class and hierarchy even among elementary school students depending on whether they have a home or not, and the size of their house.
