Kim Doo-kwan, “Democratic Party Presidential Candidate Resigns… Support Lee Jae-myung”

Rep. Kim Doo-gwan, the presidential candidate of the Democratic Party of Korea, resigned from his candidacy right after voting in the Jeollabuk-do regional primary on the 26th, and declared his support for Gyeonggi Governor Lee Jae-myung.

Rep. Kim said, “As of today, I am resigning as a candidate for the primary election,” Kim said immediately after the Jeonbuk regional election held at Wooseok University in Wanju-gun. I think the most suitable person to perform is Lee Jae-myung.”

Rep. Kim said, “We must unite as a team and establish a fourth democratic government. I am resigning because of that one reason alone.

He added, “I will pass it on to Candidate Jae-myung Lee regarding the autonomy and decentralization that I have dreamed of, as well as balanced development. was narrowed down to a four-fight match between candidates Lee Jae-myung, Lee Nak-yeon, Chu Mi-ae, and Park Yong-jin. Meanwhile, in the Jeonbuk primary on the same day, Governor Lee won a huge victory with 54.55% of the vote, beating former representative Lee Nak-yeon (38.48%). Rep. Kim was the lowest with 208 votes (0.51%) out of a total of 4838 votes.
