Source Music, the agency of the group Le Seraphim, made this statement regarding the allegations of school violence by Kim Ga-ram.
Source Music announced on the 16th that it was taking legal action, saying, “There is no change from the company’s existing statement.”
On the 15th, as a photo of a document titled ‘Notification of Results of the Autonomous Committee for Countermeasures against School Violence’ was rapidly circulating around the online community, allegations of sexual assault by Kim Ga-ram resurfaced. In the document, it is written that the measures in Articles 16 and 17 of the ‘School Violence Prevention and Countermeasures Act’ are to be notified. As the perpetrator, it is written ‘Kim Ga-ram, 1st grader, 3rd grader’, so a ripple is expected.
Regarding this, Source Music declined to comment, saying, “It will be covered through legal procedures.”
Previously, Source Music dismissed the suspicion of Kim Ga-ram’s school violence as “a victim of school violence such as malicious rumors and cyberbullying” and “a matter of maliciously infamous insinuation by clever editing.”
