Comedian Kim Ji-min reveals behind-the-scenes information about her lover Kim Jun-ho’s house.
On the 29th, SBS ‘Transformation of My House – House Daejeon’ (hereinafter House Daejeon), MC Jimin Kim will unveil the ‘filial piety house’ built in Donghae, Gangwon-do for his mother.
In a recent filming, Kim Ji-min visited the ‘filial piety house’ with MCs Jeon Jin and Park Goon, and Kim Ji-min’s mother welcomed them. Jimin Kim and her mother introduced her to the first floor, which consisted of her mother’s room and living room, and the second floor, where she had her own room, a Korean room where you can enjoy refreshments, a karaoke room, and a family room.
In particular, Park Gun, who checked the karaoke room on the second floor, was surprised that it was “My house’s karaoke room” and said, “Doesn’t (Kim) Junho hyung’s house have a karaoke room? Did you get an idea for this from Junho hyung?” he asked. Kim Ji-min said, “He (Kim Jun-ho) got the idea from me and made it.”
In addition to karaoke, Kim Ji-min introduced ‘filial piety house’ and shared tips when building a house. Regarding the reason for building a house in the East Sea, Kim Ji-min said, “I lived in the East Sea until I was 19 years old. In 2017, her father passed away and she brought her mother (to Seoul), but she felt lonely. And my father Sansan is in the East Sea, but there was no place for the family to gather. I made a big decision because I thought that I should create a space for my family to gather.”
To this, Goon Park exclaimed, “You are really a filial daughter,” and Kim Ji-min’s mother added, “You are a filial daughter.” Jimin Kim was surprised, saying, “It’s the first time I’ve heard that it’s a filial piety.”
Episode 6 of ‘The Battle of the House’ will be broadcast at 5:50 pm on the 29th. It airs at 8 pm on SBS FiL and 9 pm on Lifetime. You can check it on SBS MTV at 12 noon on the 30th.
