Rep. Kim said, “Just because you’re a former president, you don’t have the right not to take responsibility for what really killed the people.
“The irrational behavior of former President Moon Jae-in who will not be able to accept a written investigation because it is unpleasant will only increase the suspicion that he is trying to cover up the incident,” he said.
