Broadcaster Na-young Kim shed tears as she remembered her mother who passed away early.
In the JTBC entertainment program ‘Brave Solo Parenting – I Raise’, which aired on the 24th, Kim Na-young, along with her sons Shin-woo and Lee Joon, found the oxygen of their mother.
On that day, Kim Na-young recalled her deceased mother and said, “It was the day before the elementary school entrance ceremony. The inauguration ceremony of President Roh Tae-woo was being broadcast on TV.”
Kim Na-young said, “My mother was cleaning in the next room. But when I went to the room, she was lying down. That was the last time.”
Then, “He had a chronic disease. He had a weak heart, but he had a heart attack,” he said, explaining why he broke up with his mother at the age of 8.
Kim Na-young said, “But no one told me that my mother passed away.” “I think it was because I was too young to be hurt or too surprised. But I knew everything. I think I broke up with my mother in my heart.” .
He said, “I broke up with my mom when I was too young, so I don’t have many memories.” But he also remembers people as skinship. It reminded me a lot,” he said, with tears in his eyes.
In particular, Kim Na-young said, “My mother and I broke up with my children when I was younger than I am now, and I thought that the road was too heavy.”
Meanwhile, Kim Na-young divorced her ex-husband in 2019 and is currently raising two sons alone.
