According to the Gwangju City Council on the 26th, Chairman Kim was confirmed positive in a diagnostic test the day before due to close contact with a confirmed person.

Chairman Kim was reported to have been diagnosed with an acquaintance who ate with him on the 22nd and received a diagnostic test.

In particular, Chairman Kim observed the professional volleyball All-Star Game held at Pepper Stadium in Gwangju on the 23rd and it is expected that the subject of examination will be expanded.

From the 24th to the 25th, many of the employees who came to work at the Gwangju City Council and came in contact with are also undergoing diagnostic tests.

The quarantine authorities are identifying Chairman Kim’s movement and classifying close contacts.

The Korea Volleyball Federation (KOVO) reported that as of 11:30 am on the 26th, all the federation employees who went to the All-Star Game site were tested with a self-examination kit and all were negative.

He added that he requested the club to inspect the winners of the Ceremony Award presented by Chairman Kim, Noumori Keita (registered Keita, KB Insurance) and Lee Da-hyun (Hyundai E&C).
