A daycare center in Yangsan, Gyeongnam.

The teacher grabs a baby’s arm roughly and drags it, then lifts the crying baby’s head with both hands and puts it roughly on the bed.

They hold the baby’s hair and support the pillow while holding the baby’s hair, and in the end, the baby pats the baby sitting on the floor with their feet, and the baby hits the floor in the face.

This 13-month-old baby eventually broke three teeth and had to pull out one baby tooth.

A nursery teacher at a daycare center explained that “the child was injured while playing alone”, but CCTV footage showed A’s abuse of the babies.

(I saw the video. How can you do that to a child. Is that childcare?)

“sorry.”

As a result of the CCTV check, it was revealed that Mr. A had been doing things that were close to assault on a daily basis, such as hitting other babies in the face with shoes or throwing them away as if they were pulling babies sitting at the table.

The victim’s parents checked through CCTV for about 20 days, and there were 160 abuses of Mr. A.

The victims were all under the age of two, and parents claim that more than six were abused.

“(Baby) getting his head on the wall or getting his head on the floor… Raise your hand to your parents or friends. Slap… It’s something you shouldn’t be doing, so you take it for granted.”

Parents said that the daycare center did not even cooperate with the CCTV inspection, urged a speedy investigation and suspension of teachers’ qualifications, and filed a national petition.

Gyeongnam Police Agency is working with specialized agencies to check whether there is any additional damage.
