Kuwait City: Kuwait tightens action against visa dealers Violators face warnings of imprisonment and fines. Violators face up to three to five years in prison and a fine of 3,000 dinars (7,60,780 rupees) to 10,000 dinars (25,35,934 rupees). Strict action will be taken against those who repeat the crime. If the offender is a government official, the sentence is doubled.
